DAY 1 : JAMMU ARRIVAL – KATRA {54 KMS. / 1.20 HRS}

Arrive at Jammu airport / Railway Station, welcome by our representative and transfer to Katra by road. Overnight stay at hotel in Katra.

DAY 2 : MATA VAISHNODEVI DURSHAN

Early morning leave for Darshan at Vaishnodeviji in the Trikuta Hills, by foot. The walk to the shrine is 12 kms {7 – 8 Hrs. minimum from one side} long.

Return late in the evening / night to the Hotel.Overnight at hotel in Katra.

DAY 3 : KATRA – PAHALGAM {250 KMS / 9 HRS. FROM ONE WAY}

Today morning after early breakfast, latest by 8.30 AM and leave for “Pahalgam”. Reach in evening, check in hotel.Overnight stay in hotel at Pahalgam.

DAY 4 : PAHALGAM SIGHTSEEING

Pahalgam is one of the most beautiful and fascinating ideal resorts all the year round. It is the base for several treks in the region. Situated at the confluence of the Lidder River and set amidst fir and pine covered mountains, one can have a real feelings of Paradise. You can enjoy the pony ride to Shikargah & Baisaran, Other top sightseeing places in Pahalgam are Aru Valley, Betaab Valley, Kolahoi Glacier, Chandanwari, Mamaleshwara Temple. Overnight stay in Hotel at Pahalgam.

DAY 5 : PAHALGAM – SRINAGAR {100 KMS / 3 HRS. FROM ONE WAY}

Today morning after breakfast latest by 8.30 AM drive to Srinagar and transfer to Deluxe Houseboat at Dal Lake.

Tour of Mughal garden visiting the Nishat Bagh (The garden of pleasure), Chashmashahi (The Royal Spring) and Shalimar garden (Abode of love). Evening romantic ride by Shikara to visit Floating Gardens, Lotus Gardens and inside of the Lake. Overnight stay at house boat.

DAY 6 : SRINAGAR – SONAMARG – SRINAGAR (2.5 HOURS’ DRIVE ONE WAY)

Full day tour of Sonamarg (Meadows of gold). It has sheer scenic splendour. The very way-a metalled road snakes through massive mountains laden with forests and firs. After a breath-taking journey from Srinagar you come across Sindh meanders that are abounded with trout & Mahseer. Onwards the valley opens up to a meadow. Ponies can be hired for a trip up to Thajiwas glacier-a major attraction during the summer months. The importance of Sonamarg lies in the fact that it is the last halt on the Kashmir side for the drive from Srinagar to Leh. You will be fascinated to see snowy mountains against a cerulean sky against its backdrop. Overnight stay in Hotel.

DAY 7 : SRINAGAR – GULMARG – SRINAGAR (2 HRS DRIVE AND 65 KMS ONE WAY)

Morning after breakfast, proceed full day trip to Gulmarg; one of the most beautiful summer/winter resorts in the valley. One can have a gondola (cable car) ride from Gulmarg to Khilanmarg to have a real view in natural beauty of the summer and full snow view in winter. You can have a pony ride in the open fields to seven springs and to a lake, which remains frozen until June.

In evening come back to Srinagar Hotel.

DAY 8 : SRINAGAR AIRPORT DEPARTURE

Morning leave for Srinagar Airport for your return / onward destination.
